Colin M. Leonard

Colin M. Leonard was appointed as a member of the board of directors in October 2020. Mr. Leonard is a Partner at Clearlake Capital Group and joined Clearlake in 2007. Prior to Clearlake, Mr. Leonard was an investment professional at HBK Investments L.P. where he focused on investments in the industrials and transportation/logistics sectors. Mr. Leonard currently serves, or has served, on the boards of several private companies including Globe Energy Services, Jacuzzi Brands and Sage Automotive. Mr. Leonard graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Economics (Wharton School) and a minor in Mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania.

Fred Ebrahemi

Mr. Ebrahemi joined Clearlake in 2014. Mr. Ebrahemi is responsible for general oversight of the Firm’s operations and providing legal advice during the execution of private equity transactions and other investments, legal oversight of portfolio companies and the Firm. Before joining Clearlake, he was the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Platinum Equity Advisors, President and General Counsel for NINJA Mobile and was previously a corporate associate at Morrison & Foerster and at Hughes Hubbard & Reed. Mr. Ebrahemi currently serves on the Board of Directors of Trinitas Capital Management. Mr. Ebrahemi graduated with a J.D./L.L.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Ebrahemi is admitted to the bar in New York and California.

Jacob Mercer

Jacob Mercer was appointed as a member of the board of directors in October 2020.Mr. Mercer is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Whitebox Advisors LLC ("Whitebox"). Prior to joining Whitebox, Mr. Mercer worked for Xcel Energy as Assistant Treasurer and Managing Director. Before joining Xcel Energy, he was a Senior Credit Analyst and Principal at Piper Jaffray and a Research Analyst at Voyageur Asset Management. Mr. Mercer also served as a logistics officer in the United States Army. Mr. Mercer has served on a number of boards of directors including Par Pacific (NYSE: PARR), Piceance Energy, Platinum Energy Solutions, and Ceres Global Ag (TSX: CRP). Mr. Mercer holds a BA with a double major in economics and business management from St. John’s University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
